Have a question about srad? Here are answers to the most common ones. If you don't find what you need, reach out directly.

Why isn't my heart rate showing up?
srad reads heart rate from Apple Watch via HealthKit. Make sure your Apple Watch is paired, worn snugly, and that you've granted srad access to Health data in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → srad.
The sphere isn't reacting to sound. What's wrong?
Check that you've granted microphone access to srad in Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone. Also make sure the Microphone sensor is toggled on inside the app's Canvas settings.
How do I hide the interface?
Double-tap anywhere on the screen while the sphere is active. Double-tap again to bring the controls back.
What is Sensor Resonance?
Sensor Resonance is a special visual effect that appears when your heart rate BPM and step cadence naturally synchronize — the state your body often reaches during a comfortable walk or run. A glowing hotspot travels across the sphere when this happens. It only appears when the sync is genuine.
Does srad record or store any of my data?
No. All sensor data is processed in real time on your device and immediately discarded. Nothing is recorded, stored, or transmitted. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I use srad without an Apple Watch?
Yes. Heart rate and step count require Apple Watch, but all other sensors — accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer, barometer, microphone, and location — work with just your iPhone.
